The arcade was a hit with the kids, full of fun games. Check-in took forever, and the layout was confusing, making it hard to find our way around. The live music was enjoyable, adding to the atmosphere. Had some issues with room cleanliness upon arrival.

The arcade and free circus acts were fun for the kids. The check-in process was confusing and took too long. Security was friendly and attentive. Had a hard time with the room not being cleaned during our stay. decent for families, but improvements needed in service.

The first room stunk like mold, and when I asked for a switch, the new one was worse-dirty and gross. No microwave and a filthy fridge made things even tougher with kids.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower and a stunning view. a significant lack of communication marred my stay. The trolley was down, and escalators were non-functional, forcing us to haul luggage through a labyrinth of stairs. The casino? Disappointing. Machines felt outdated. Staff was friendly, yet service inconsistencies were evident. No pool on-site and misleading information about amenities. security measures provided peace of mind. Good food options and entertainment were highlights. But outrageous price increases for busy weekends and poor management of basic hotel services overshadowed any enjoyment. Improvements needed across the board, especially communication and clarity.

The arcade is a blast and my kid couldn't get enough of the frozen yogurt. The staff is super friendly and the airport shuttle runs like clockwork.

The bed was old and creaky, making noise with every move. Cleanliness was lacking; we found stains on the sheets and dust in corners. Check-in was frustratingly slow, and the room was confusing to navigate. On the upside, the reception staff were genuinely welcoming, especially Kichi, who made us feel valued. missing amenities like a microwave were disappointing. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room. Not the best experience for a family reunion, and I doubt I'd return given the location's environment and overall cleanliness.

The room was clean and tidy, with a nice view of the Giant clown. The bedding was fresh and comfy, but the bed itself was hard, which didn't suit my bad back. The temperature control was decent, but the shower water was only moderately hot. I appreciated the connecting hotels and variety of activities available, yet the distance to the arcade and food court felt far, especially with my disability. Staff were mostly friendly, but I encountered some rude employees at check-in and checkout, which added stress to the experience. Parking could have been clearer as well.

During our recent stay at Circus Circus Reno, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room in the Sky tower. The mattress was great, and the sheets were super clean, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The spacious bathroom was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool during the warm Reno evenings. One thing that stood out to us was the easy access to The Row from the hotel. Being able to enjoy the amenities nearby without any hassle was a definite plus for us. The in-room Keurig coffee maker was a lifesaver in the mornings, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. there were a few areas that could use improvement. The lack of a microwave in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to heat up leftovers or snacks. the pillows provided were not the most comfortable, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard late into the night, affecting our sleep quality.

Circus Circus Reno offers great affordability and is conveniently close to downtown activities and the casino. The king room was spacious with solid furnishings and a large TV.

The kids had a blast at the carnival and arcades and the breakfast at the restaurant hit the spot. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean with a cool view of the giant clown!
It wasn't inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from local gems like the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts and the Reno Events Center, making it super easy to experience the vibrant culture and entertainment options Reno offers; plus, there are plenty of tasty dining spots like Golden Flower Vietnamese and Brew Brothers within a short walk! The beds were comfortable, and the room had a nice touch with a fridge and Keurig setup, ensuring a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city, but the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.

We had a blast hanging out at the arcade and midway, then strolling through the skywalks to the other casinos in THE ROW. The energy at Circus Circus was off the charts, and the service was dope!
Could've used more epic late-night party options for us young party animals! .

I chose Circus Circus Reno Hotel Casino At The Row for its convenient location near the National Automobile Museum. The variety of onsite restaurants serving Italian cuisine and brunch was a pleasant surprise, and the vibrant atmosphere added to the overall experience.

the room was very clean and the view was great. loved the indoor mall-like walkway between the 3 hotels and the amazing breakfast at the restaurant. the housekeeping service was extremely quick and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Our stay at this Reno hotel was a blast! The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The recently remodeled room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The best part was the convenience of having everything within walking distance, including a delicious breakfast downstairs. the room in the north tower was spacious and had a fantastic view from the 23rd floor. the staff was very friendly, and the hotel had everything we needed, so we didn't have to leave the premises. the kids had a great time, and the room was clean and comfortable. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we appreciated the in-room coffee maker, ironing board, and toiletries.
